Starting a blog has been in the back of my mind for a while now, I've been reading blogs for quite sometime, especially those written by members of the so called Lotus community. I've seen them start, grow and sometimes, unfortunately, fade away.

Although I thought about it for a long time I am not really sure this is going to stick. There is so many interesting reading material out there that I am afraid this will turn into just another blog. Let's hope not, let's hope I have something interesting to say. I will be writing mainly about Lotus Notes & Domino but there will be the occasional post about other technologies, travel, cars and whatever comes my way.

I do have a spelling checker but you will have to excuse any occasional slip-ups, English is not my native language. I am Portuguese but there is no Lotus community here so there is no point in writing in Portuguese. I only met about half a dozen Notes developers here.

There is a long list of people who's effort to share their knowledge and help other people have inspired me to start this, they will soon be on the list of blogs I read right next to this.

To all of them thanks for the good things (and bad, cause bad things shall not be hidden) you've shared. I hope I can somehow pay it forward.


Note to self: gotta make time to write an about page, otherwise anyone accidentaly landing here will have no idea who this buck eejit is.
